At SRC, Bert heads up the firm's financial and market analysis services. He held a variety of positions with Central Maryland utility BGE and its subsidiaries where he was involved in project and finance development as well as in long-term energy contract development for large industrial customers. He also served as a stock trader, securities analyst and a specialist in M&A and valuations. Bert is a graduate of the University of Baltimore and became a chartered financial analyst in 1991.
