Mr. Moore has detailed experience with all types of power generation equipment and fuels. He possesses a wide range of experience in contract negotiation and administration, construction management, business relations, business development, large project development and coordination, operations, profit & loss/financial management and administration. Mr. Moore has a successful background in both the technical and commercial aspects of developing a business, business performance and optimization. He has co-authored and presented several technical papers on steam generation for power production and industrial process use. Mr. More has successfully conducted business on five continents. He holds a BS in Chemistry from the University of Maryland and has completed advanced studies in international business at Georgetown University .
